With a view of design and development as intrinsically interlinked, Osten presents No.71 Station St in close collaboration with Cheah Saw Architecture. Emerging and distinct, Osten has spent the past six years developing homes that are detail and value driven. Founder, Vincent Sun, has personally involved himself in No.71 Station St, bringing a skilled team who strive to build residences that benefit their inhabitants and community. This project is a testament to the developer and architect sharing a unified vision; crafting homes that connect to and celebrate their geographic and temporal surroundings.
Cheah Saw
Cheah Saw Architecture is a studio led by highly-awarded local architects, Eugene Cheah and Joanne Saw. The practice has won architectural awards and competitions in Australia, Asia, Europe and the US and their work has been published in Australia and internationally. Recently, Eugene and Joanne were recognised in the Australian Interior Design Awards, Victorian Premier’s Design Awards and Australian Institute of Architects Victorian Awards.
